I recieved A mail from Mr. Raymond Jones DIRECTOR FSTFS RECRUITING LTD.

I had sent my cv. next day i recieved online interview questions.
they said you are selected for the post of Civil Engineer.They asked me to signed on Terms of Contract agrement papers.They also send a Appointment letter and a Reimbursment Aggrement letter After this they demand for GBP955 for work permits and visa.How far this is correct or a scam?Job offer in texaco,s expansion of the captain field oil project?
It is a scam.........
